Loom Knit Fingerless Gloves

Learn a new craft from start to finish! Create your own loom and then use it to craft a cozy pair of fingerless gloves.  

The samples in the picture and in our display case show different yarns.  The red sample has a tighter weave and is done with size 6 bulky yarn.  The blue is done with size 6 yarn from Dollar Tree.  The red was done with size 4 yarn.  We will have some yarn to choose from, but we recommend bringing your own yarn so you can  choose the thickness and color as our supplies are limited.  To make the loom, you will need a round tube the size of your hand.  Please bring your own tube: For the average adult or teen, the center of a roll of duct tape will work well.  For smaller hands, a Pringles can will work.  For larger hands, a bread crumb container will work.
